Bahari Careers was founded to close a stubborn gap: talented East Africans applying to cruise lines without the specialist knowledge to make it through modern applicant tracking systems. Since day one we've focused on the cruise sector exclusively — no generic job boards, no scattered advice.
Today we work with candidates in food and beverage, housekeeping, culinary, guest services, spa, deck, engine, and more — pairing every applicant with a dedicated consultant from first call to first sailing.
