Bahari Careers ("we," "us," "our") is a cruise recruitment consultancy based in Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information submitted through baharicareers.com.

When you use our Contact form, Book a Consultation form, or Newsletter signup, we collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone / WhatsApp number
- Preferred cruise role and relevant experience (where provided)
- Any message or notes you submit to us
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry or consultation request
- To provide our recruitment and career-coaching services
- To send you updates you've explicitly subscribed to
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Where your information is stored
Submissions are stored securely using Supabase, a database hosting provider, and processed through our website hosted on Vercel. Email notifications are sent through Resend, a transactional email provider. These providers act only as data processors on our behalf and do not use your information for their own purposes.
Cookies
Our site does not currently use third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookies. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@baharicareers.com.
